Tobacco consumption disrupts our basic, everyday functioning. The importance of oxygen during the COVID-19 pandemic has reached unparalleled levels. The most vital function necessary for the human body is breathing, which has been compromised due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus. Further, indulging in smoking reduces the lung’s functionality and further consumption of tobacco products lowers the body’s immunity to fight against the virus and various forms of cancer. The film further highlights the initiatives taken by Health Department, Haryana to establish Tobacco Cessation Centres across civil hospitals in Panchkula, Ambala, Kurukshetra and Gurugram.
